Site 9: Teesdale Care & Health Innovation Zone

A reinvention of Teesdale looking to densify and diversify its use turning it from a ‘business park’ into a district featuring modern business space with some leisure activities and housing. There are ambitious proposals within this area to develop a care and health innovation zone as part of a nationally significant cluster of social care and health provision- considerations include the potential for a new hospital.
