Site 2: Castlegate Quay

This historic area is associated with the first passenger railway line, but it's potential as a cultural heritage district is currently undervalued. The space is currently used for entertainment venues. The site could be regenerated as part of a long-term strategy which would need to be developed to align with Waterfront Park.
