AspinallVerdi are working with BDP to deliver the Blueprint. We will use our property regeneration expertise to guide the development of the masterplan, ensuring deliverable from a commercial perspective. We will provide case study evidence that can be applied to Stockton, review the commercial property market, and undertake option appraisals of the potential developments, supported by viability assessments. We will bring the evidence and outputs together to prepare a Delivery Strategy for the Blueprint to demonstrate from a financial and commercial perspective how the identified opportunities can be brought forward and delivered.
